# Create a SCIM token

`POST /api/v1/platform/orgs/current/scim/tokens`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.smith.langchain.com`
- URL: `https://api.smith.langchain.com/api/v1/platform/orgs/current/scim/tokens`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - API key in header `X-Organization-Id`
  - HTTP bearer

Create a new SCIM bearer token for the current organization. The full token value is only returned once upon creation.

## Request body

- ScimCreateScimTokenPayload
  - `description` string

## Response `201`

Created SCIM token with full token value

- ScimScimTokenSensitiveResponse
  - `created_at` string
  - `created_by` string
  - `description` string
  - `id` string
  - `last_used_at` string
  - `short_token` string
  - `token` string
  - `updated_at` string

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden - requires OrganizationAuthenticationManage permission
- `500`: Internal server error
- `503`: Service unavailable
