# Create resume from PDF

`POST /v1/resumes/parse`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.laddro.com`
- URL: `https://api.laddro.com/v1/resumes/parse`
- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key`

Upload a PDF resume, and get a professionally rendered PDF back using your chosen template and settings.

The API extracts the content from your PDF, parses it, and renders it with the specified template. Costs 1 credit.

**Content-Type:** multipart/form-data

- `400`: Invalid upload
- `401`: Invalid API key
- `422`: Could not extract text
- `502`: AI or renderer failed
