# Export resume as PDF

`POST /v1/export`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.laddro.com`
- URL: `https://api.laddro.com/v1/export`
- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key`

Generates a PDF from a resume using the specified template, colors, and font settings.

**Response modes:**
- Default: returns PDF binary (Content-Type: application/pdf)
- SSE: returns progress events then metadata

All settings are optional. If omitted, the resume's saved template settings are used. Each export costs 3 credits.

## Request body

- ExportRequest
  - `resumeId` string, uuid, required: Resume to export
  - `templateId` string: Template ID (e.g. GRAPHITE). Defaults to resume's saved template.
  - `locale` string: Language for section headers and dates.
  - `colorId` string: Color scheme ID from GET /v1/templates/{id}.
  - `font` string: Font family from GET /v1/fonts.
  - `spacing` number
  - `margin` number
  - `fontSize` number
  - `showProfileImage` boolean
  - `profileImageUrl` string
  - `pageNumbering` 'none' | 'simple' | 'fraction' | 'page'

## Response `200`

PDF binary or SSE stream

## Other responses

- `400`: Missing or invalid fields
- `401`: Invalid API key
- `402`: Usage limit exceeded
- `404`: Resume not found
- `502`: PDF renderer unreachable
