# SetSpaceSlug

`POST /kythene.v1.KytheneService/SetSpaceSlug`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://kythene.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://kythene.com/kythene.v1.KytheneService/SetSpaceSlug`
- Auth: none required

SetSpaceSlug sets or changes a workspace's readable URL slug (owner/admin),
the segment that appears in share links (/v/{slug}/{tag}). The value is
slugified and made unique; the stored result is returned. Changing it
repoints slug links for that space - existing UUID links keep working.
It administers the workspace, so a read-only or ingest key, or an OAuth
connector, gets permission_denied even for an owner.

## Headers

- `Connect-Protocol-Version` 1, required: Define the version of the Connect protocol
- `Connect-Timeout-Ms` number: Define the timeout, in ms

## Request body

- KytheneV1SetSpaceSlugRequest
  - `slug` string: slug is the desired readable URL segment. It is slugified, de-reserved and made unique within the instance server-side, so the stored value in the response may differ. Owner/admin only.
  - `space` string: space optionally selects which of your spaces to set it on (an id or name from list_spaces). Omit it for your current space.

## Response `200`

Success

- KytheneV1SetSpaceSlugResponse
  - `id` string
  - `slug` string: slug is the final stored slug (after slugify/uniqueness).

## Other responses

- `default`: Error
