    - `hard` object: Hard is the set of enforced hard limits for each named resource. More info: https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/policy/resource-quotas/
    - `used` object: Used is the current observed total usage of the resource in the namespace.
  - `namespace` string, required: namespace
