Adds the given user to the given project

- `project_id` string, required

## Request body

- User: User represent an API user
  - `annotations` object: Annotations that can be added to the resource
  - `creationTimestamp` string, date-time: CreationTimestamp is a timestamp representing the server time when this object was created.
  - `deletionTimestamp` string, date-time: DeletionTimestamp is a timestamp representing the server time when this object was deleted.
  - `email` string: Email an email address of the user
  - `id` string: ID unique value that identifies the resource generated by the server. Read-Only.
  - `isAdmin` boolean: IsAdmin indicates admin role
  - `name` string: Name represents human readable name for the resource
  - `projects` ProjectGroup[]: Projects holds the list of project the user belongs to along with the group names

  - `userSettings` UserSettings: UserSettings represent an user settings
    - `collapseSidenav` boolean
    - `displayAllProjectsForAdmin` boolean
