COT positioning. With `market`: that market's last N weeks. Without: the latest report per tracked market. Weekly cadence, ~3-day lag. `nc_net_zscore_52w` keeps its historical name but is computed against a 3-year (156-week) baseline. Retail (non-reportable) long and short are served; no retail net.

- `market` string, nullable: Market name filter (e.g. 'GOLD').
- `weeks` integer
