Equity and equity-linked offerings read out of EDGAR's full-text search lane: S-1, S-1/A, F-1, F-1/A, 424B4 and the 424B3/B5 supplements that offer stock rather than debt. One row is one FILING, so a single IPO appears as its registration, its amendments and its priced prospectus, tied together by `ipo_group_key`. Every financial field is nullable: a null is a figure the document did not state, never a zero, and `parse_confidence` (0-1) reports how sure the classifier was. Debt offerings are in the bonds feed, not here.
