# Short excerpts from one SEC filing

`GET /filings/{accession}/excerpts`

The short passages Kresmion's parser kept from one filing (risk factors, liquidity, refinancing, buybacks, executive changes, going concern, material weakness, auditor changes...), each with the section heading it came from. These are EXCERPTS, not the full text: follow `meta.filing.sec_url` for the document. Filter by `section` (case-insensitive substring of the heading, e.g. `risk factors` or `item 7`) and `type` (exact snippet type). `text` is capped at `max_chars` and `truncated` says when the cap bit. `accession` is `0001045810-26-000078` or the same 18 digits without dashes.
