`GET /equities/insider-clusters`

## Request

Ticker-level clustered insider activity from the latest daily snapshot — multiple insiders trading the same name in a window, ranked by a composite strength score (CEO/CFO participation flagged). Each row lists its Form 4 filings under `filings` (newest first, up to 50; `filings_total` counts them) and carries the most recent one in `accession_number`, `source_url` and `citation`.
