# Cross-exchange funding surface

Latest SETTLED perpetual funding rate per (symbol, exchange) across the tracked venues (Binance, Bybit, OKX, Hyperliquid), with per-symbol cross-exchange statistics.

For each symbol: `mean_annualized_pct` and `dispersion_annualized_pp` (mean and max − min of the venues' `annualized_pct`), and the same two statistics restated per 8 hours as `mean_rate_pct` / `dispersion_pp`.

**Venue rates are per-interval percents.** `annualized_pct = rate_pct × (8760 / interval_hours)`, with each venue's own measured settlement interval (8h, 4h for coins such as ENA or TIA, 1h on Hyperliquid), so venues with different intervals are directly comparable; the cross-venue statistics are computed on that comparable basis, never on raw rates of different intervals. A venue whose newest settlement is older than 48h (a delisted or retired perp) is left out and listed in `meta.stale_legs`. Symbols are ordered by cross-exchange dispersion (widest funding spread across venues first). `as_of` is the latest settlement time in the response.
