`GET /crypto/etf/history/{ticker}`

Daily NAV / price / AUM / net-flow history for one ETF ticker. For a BTC or ETH fund, net_flow_usd is served only on days with no NYSE session (a genuine zero): session-day flows for those funds come from a compiler that grants no redistribution licence or from fund-issuer data not yet cleared for redistribution, and are null, with flow_withheld true. NAV, price, AUM and shares are served. The Grayscale mini trusts trade as BTC and ETH: this path is that fund.
