# SEC filings of one company, newest first

`GET /companies/{ticker}/filings`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://kresmion.com/v1`
- URL: `https://kresmion.com/v1/companies/{ticker}/filings`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Filings Kresmion holds for one company: accession number, form, filing date, the SEC acceptance time, the EDGAR folder (`sec_url`), the filing index page and the primary document. `excerpt_count` is how many short excerpts `/v1/filings/{accession}/excerpts` can return. Filter by `form` (comma-separated, exact, e.g. `10-K,10-K/A`) and `since` (filing date). Bounded: `limit` at most 200, page with `offset`; `meta.total` is the full match count.

## Path parameters

- `ticker` string, required: Ticker (NVDA), a former ticker (BK resolves to BNY; a closed company resolves to its <T>.D row), or a CIK.

## Query parameters

- `form` string, nullable: Comma-separated form types, exact match (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, 20-F, 6-K, 10-K/A ...).
- `since` string, date, nullable: Only filings filed on or after this date (YYYY-MM-DD).
- `limit` integer
- `offset` integer
