# Get brief (poll for status)

`GET /strategies/{strategy_uuid}/briefs/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://kovatools.com/api/v1`
- URL: `https://kovatools.com/api/v1/strategies/{strategy_uuid}/briefs/{id}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns the current status of a brief. Use this to poll after creating a brief.

Possible statuses:
- `processing` — Brief is being generated
- `completed` — Brief is ready (includes full data)
- `error` — Processing failed
