Получение настроек контроля пользователя в компании.

**Access:** `authorized` (10 ) · **Scope:** `read`

**Allows:** `user:employment` (все обязательны; ресурс — `<тип>ID` / `ID` из запроса, `user:*` — `userID` или сам пользователь)
