# Get current user

`GET /me`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.korey.ai/api/v1`
- URL: `https://api.korey.ai/api/v1/me`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns the authenticated user's identity and organization.

## Response `200`

Success

- object
  - `sub` string, required: JWT subject — stable string ID for the user.
  - `name` string, nullable, required: Display name of the user.
  - `email` string, nullable, required: Email address of the user.
  - `korey_user_id` integer, required: Internal numeric user ID.
  - `korey_organization_id` integer, required: Internal numeric organization ID.
  - `korey_organization_slug` string, required: URL-safe organization slug.
  - `role` string, required: User role within the organization.

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized — Bearer token required or invalid
- `403`: Forbidden — token does not have required scope
