List available notifications.

## Query parameters

  - `title` LegacyStringFieldFilter — Filter using **one** of the following operators: `eq`, `contains`
    - `eq` string — The field exactly matches the provided value.
    - `contains` string — The field contains the provided value.

    - `eq` string — The field exactly matches the provided value.
    - `contains` string — The field contains the provided value.
