# Create an IP allow list for a portal

`POST /v3/portals/{portalId}/ip-allow-list`

## Request

Create an IP allow list for a portal.

## Request body

- object
  - `allowed_ips` string[], required: The list of allowed ips for the portal.

## Response `201`

The portal's IP allow list configuration.

- IPEntry: An entry representing a collection of allowed IP addresses or CIDR blocks.
  - `id` string, uuid, required: Contains a unique identifier used for this resource.
  - `allowed_ips` string[], required: The list of allowed ips for the portal.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden
