`POST /api/v1/utils/test-api`

## Request

Execute a test API request from the builder.

This endpoint proxies requests to external APIs for testing purposes.
It's used by the API node editor to validate configurations.

Security measures:
- Only GET/POST methods allowed
- Only ports 80/443 allowed
- Blocks private IPs, localhost, metadata endpoints
- Validates IPs after DNS resolution (prevents DNS rebinding)
- Validates each redirect target
- Limits redirect depth, response size, timeout
