`POST /api/v4/talks/{talk_id}/send_message`

Este método permite o envio de mensagem para uma conversa.

  - `attachment` object: Objeto anexado
    - `type` 'file' | 'video' | 'picture', required: Tipo de anexo
    - `drive_uuid` string, required: UUID do arquivo no Drive da Kommo (https://pt-developers.kommo.com/reference/m%C3%A9todos-da-api-de-arquivos)
    - `drive_version_uuid` string, required: UUID da versão do arquivo no Drive da Kommo (https://pt-developers.kommo.com/reference/m%C3%A9todos-da-api-de-arquivos)
