# Generate Video Summary

`POST /api/videos/{video_id}/summary`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.kolens.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.kolens.ai/api/videos/{video_id}/summary`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

On-demand AI summary of the tracked video (content meaning, quality
verdict, buyer-intent read). Cached on the row — repeat calls return the
cached result unless ``refresh=true`` OR the cached summary was written
in a different language than ``lang`` (so the summary matches the page
language).

## Path parameters

- `video_id` string, required

## Query parameters

- `refresh` boolean: Force re-analysis even if cached
- `lang` string: UI locale — the summary prose is written in this language

## Headers

- `x-kolens-user-id` string, nullable
- `x-kolens-workspace-id` string, nullable
