`GET /api/public/kols/sitemap`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.kolens.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

Sitemap rows for every KOL whose page is indexable (tier 1 or 2).

Tier 3 pages are deliberately absent: they serve, but they carry
``noindex``, and advertising a URL we have asked Google to drop wastes
crawl budget on the cluster's weakest pages.
