`GET /api/kols/{username}/provenance`

How this KOL entered the calling user's view.

Joins DBUserDiscovery (the per-user share row) → DBSearchJob (the
job that surfaced them) → DBVideo (count of videos this author had
in that specific job). One ProvenanceSource per discovery event,
most-recent first.
