# Get Kol Outreach Cached

`GET /api/kols/{username}/outreach`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.kolens.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.kolens.ai/api/kols/{username}/outreach`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Cache-only read for the cold-outreach draft. Returns 200 with
``null`` body when nothing's cached — the OutreachPanel uses that
signal to render the "Generate with AI" CTA instead of an empty
template.

Never calls the LLM. ``POST`` at the same path is the
generate-or-refresh entry point.
