`GET /api/kols/{username}/outreach-history`

## Request

All outreach activity for this KOL in the caller's active workspace.

Returns the conversation row (if any) + its event timeline. Empty
response (conversation_id=None, events=[]) means no outreach has
happened — the dossier UI renders a "Start outreach" CTA in this
case rather than an empty timeline.
