# List Schema Migrations

`GET /admin/migrations`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.kolens.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.kolens.ai/admin/migrations`
- Auth: none declared

Return all migration files + applied state. Bootstraps the tracking
table on first call so the page works on an unseeded DB.

``target`` selects the database. KOLens has two: the app's own
Postgres and Supabase (auth / profiles / credits / assistant). The
Supabase tab needs ``SUPABASE_DB_URL``; without it we return
``configured: false`` and an empty list rather than erroring, so the
UI can render a setup hint.

## Query parameters

- `target` string: Which database: 'app' (Neon, DATABASE_URL) or 'supabase'.
