# Cancel Job

`POST /admin/jobs/{job_id}/cancel`

## Request

Request cancellation by setting ``cancel_requested=True``.

Returns 204 once the flag is set (or was already set on a non-
terminal job). Returns 409 when the job is already in a terminal
state — there's nothing to cancel.
