Send a test outreach email through the real SendGrid pipeline.

The recipient (your own inbox usually) gets a normal-looking email
whose ``Reply-To`` is ``reply+<conversation_id>@<INBOUND_HOSTNAME>``.
Reply from your inbox normally; SendGrid Inbound Parse routes the
reply back to ``POST /api/crm/inbound`` and it lands on this
conversation's timeline. Use ``GET /admin/email-test/<conv>/events``
to verify the round-trip.
