Reverse-map shared scraped data into per-user discovery rows.

Walks ``search_jobs`` ordered ascending by ``created_at`` — older
jobs win, so the first user who surfaced a given author keeps the
earliest ``first_seen_at``.

Returns counts (videos / authors / contacts seen, discoveries
written). ``dry_run=true`` short-circuits the write — useful to
size the migration before pulling the trigger.
