`POST /api/system/lark-notification`

Sends a notification to Lark using the interactive card format

## Request body

  - `title` string, required: The title of the notification card
  - `content` string, required: The content of the notification (supports Lark markdown)

Notification sent successfully

- `400`: Bad request - missing required fields
