# Cancel a partnership

`POST /api/system/cancel-partnership`

## Request

Updates a partnership status to 'partnership canceled' with an optional cancellation reason

## Request body

- object
  - `partnership_id` string, required: ID of the partnership to cancel
  - `internal_code` string, required: Internal API security code
  - `cancel_reason` string: Reason for cancellation

## Response `200`

Partnership canceled successfully

  - `message` string

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request - missing parameters or invalid partnership status
- `401`: Invalid internal code
- `404`: Partnership not found
- `500`: Internal server error
