# Save a newly created Slack channel to database

`POST /api/slack/channel`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.kolect.com`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Stores Slack channel metadata in the database for partnership communication

## Request body

- object
  - `channel_id` string, required: Slack channel ID
  - `channel_name` string, required: Name of the Slack channel
  - `channel_type` string: Type of channel (private, public, etc.)
  - `brand_id` string, required: Brand ID to link the channel
  - `creator_id` string: Slack user ID who created the channel
  - `team_id` string: Slack workspace/team ID
  - `is_private` boolean: Whether the channel is private
  - `is_archived` boolean: Whether the channel is archived
  - `topic` string: Channel topic
  - `purpose` string: Channel purpose

Slack channel saved successfully
