Reference mint. In production, the KYPA SDK signs client-side and this
endpoint is used only for docs / testing / server-side agents.
Refuses to mint if the KYPA profile does not exist or has been slashed.

  - `allowed_domains` string[]
  - `purpose` string
  - `ttl_seconds` integer
  - `operator_private_key` string, nullable: Operator EOA PK. If omitted, envelope is returned unsigned (dev-only).
