# Bootstrap Admin

`POST /api/auth/bootstrap-admin`

## Request

One-time endpoint to create the first admin user.
- Refuses to run if any admin already exists.
- Requires the JWT_SECRET to be passed as ``bootstrap_token``.
- Creates the user if they do not exist, otherwise just promotes the existing one.
