`GET /vendors/all/export`

## Request

Filtered, unpaginated CSV export of the Overview table.

Honors the same filters/search/sort as ``GET /vendors/all``. Available to
anyone who can view the page (same gating as the list endpoint — no
additional permission check). ``columns`` mirrors the Columns picker:
a list of standard column ids and/or ``custom_field:<uuid>`` entries, in
the order to emit them; omitted exports every standard column followed by
every non-standard custom field defined for vendors.
