Remove a company's hard-masquerade approval.

Deletes the CompanyMasqueradable record so the company is no longer eligible
and cannot be activated until it is re-proposed and re-approved. Does not
touch any admin whose session is already hard-masquerading as that company;
they return home the normal way by deactivating.
