`GET /files/preview-image-urls`

Bulk variant of ``/preview-image-url``.

Returns a mapping of ``upload_id`` -> presigned image URL for every
requested upload that has a generated preview image. Upload IDs without a
generated image (or that don't resolve to this company) are omitted so the
frontend can fall back gracefully per card.
