`GET /agent-runs/{agent_run_id}/status`

Generic status check for any AgentRun subclass.

Queries the base agent_runs table so it works for SmartDocumentAgentRun,
ReviewReportingAgentRun, FormFieldDeriverAgentRun, and any future types
without per-type plumbing.
