The logo this company's branded email embeds in its header.

Public and never-expiring by necessity: an `<img src>` in delivered email is
fetched whenever the recipient opens it, by a proxy carrying no session. The
bytes are only ever what an admin chose to put on outbound email.

The `v` in the URL is a cache-buster, not a selector: an older email's link
still serves the current logo rather than 404ing.
