A sample of up to `COLLATERAL_SAMPLE_SIZE` collateral files analyzed under one product
line (admin), zipped the same way `files.py::bulk_download_files` zips a selection.

"Analyzed under this product line" means `marketing_collateral.preset_ids` contains it —
stamped at analysis time (see `assign_preset_ids_to_collateral`) — not merely uploaded to the
company, so this names the same population `usage_examples` counts as using the preset.
Newest-first, so the sample is the most recently analyzed collateral rather than an arbitrary
slice.
