# Backfill Ep Packet Labels

`POST /backfills/backfill-ep-packet-labels`

Copy control_strength_labels + label_instructions from the resolved
EvidencePacketReviewTaskDefinition onto every EvidencePacket that has no
snapshot yet. Packets whose company has no configured definition are left
with an empty snapshot (matches live snapshot_packet_label_config behavior)
and counted separately.
