Leichtgewichtiger Health-Endpoint für externe Monitoring-Tools (Uptime-Checks). Wird direkt am Edge-Proxy beantwortet — ohne Authentifizierung und ohne Rate-Limit. Antwortet mit HTTP 200 und dem Klartext-Body `ok`, solange die Plattform erreichbar ist. Er prüft die Erreichbarkeit des Edge, NICHT den Zustand einzelner Dienste dahinter (Datenbank, Memory-Service).
