`POST updated_subscriptions_available` (webhook)

Fired when updates are available for existing subscriptions for a user's merchant account.

## Payload

- UpdatedSubscriptionsAvailableWebhook
  - `event` string: Name of the webhook event.
  - `external_user_id` string: Unique identifier for the user.
  - `merchant` object
    - `id` integer: Unique identifier for the merchant.
    - `name` string: Name of the merchant.
  - `data` object
    - `subscriptions` object[]: Array of IDs for subscriptions with updated data.
      - `id` string: Unique identifier for the subscription.
  - `timestamp` integer: Unix timestamp of the webhook event in UTC.
