`POST new_detected_accounts_available` (webhook)

Fired when new detected accounts are available.

## Payload

- NewDetectedAccountsAvailableWebhook
  - `event` string: Name of the webhook event.
  - `external_user_id` string: Unique identifier for the user.
  - `data` object
    - `detected_accounts` object[]: Merchants where the user has a detected account. Includes only merchants supported on the Knot platform.
      - `id` integer: Unique identifier for the merchant.
      - `name` string: Name of the merchant.
      - `logo` string: Logo of the merchant.
  - `timestamp` integer: Unix timestamp of the webhook event in UTC.
