# CANCELLATION_FAILED

`POST cancellation_failed` (webhook)

Fired when a subscription or bill fails to be canceled.

## Payload

- CancellationFailedWebhook
  - `event` string: Name of the webhook event.
  - `external_user_id` string: Unique identifier for the user.
  - `merchant` object
    - `id` integer: Unique identifier for the merchant.
    - `name` string: Name of the merchant.
  - `data` object
    - `subscription_id` string: Unique identifier for the subscription that failed to be cancelled.
    - `reason` string: Reason for the failure.
    - `metadata` object, nullable: Custom key-value pairs provided during session creation or SDK invocation. Only present if metadata was provided.
  - `timestamp` integer: Unix timestamp of the webhook event in UTC.
