# Get Products

`GET /products`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://development.knotapi.com`

- Auth: HTTP basic

Retrieve a user's purchased products and their real-time prices at a given merchant or merchants.

## Query parameters

- `external_user_id` string, required
- `merchant_id` integer

## Response `200`

Successful request.

      - `gtin` string: Global Trade Item Number identifying the product.
      - `price` object
        - `unit_price` string: Per-unit price of the product.
      - `savings` object[]: List of savings applied to the product. Empty if no savings are available.
        - `type` 'direct' | 'coupon': The type of savings.
        - `amount` string: Savings amount.
        - `description` string: Human-readable description of the savings.
    - object
      - `gtin` string: Global Trade Item Number identifying the product.
      - `merchants` object[]
        - `merchant` object
          - `id` string: Unique identifier for the merchant.
          - `name` string: Display name of the merchant.
        - `price` object
          - `unit_price` string: Per-unit price of the product at this merchant.
        - `savings` object[]: List of savings applied to the product at this merchant. Empty if no savings are available.
          - `type` 'direct' | 'coupon': The type of savings.
          - `amount` string: Savings amount.
          - `description` string: Human-readable description of the savings.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request.
- `401`: Unauthorized request.
- `403`: Forbidden request.
- `500`: Internal server error.
