# Verify task

`POST /universes/{universe_instance_id}/tasks/{task_num}/verify`

Verify if the task has been performed correctly by running the task's verify function.

  - `task_num` string, required
  - `passed` boolean, required
  - `failure_reason` string, nullable

- `422`: Validation Error
