# Get local sandbox details

`GET /local-sandbox/{local_sandbox_id}`

## Request

Retrieves details about a local sandbox environment, including its status and all running servers.

## Path parameters

- `local_sandbox_id` string, required: The ID of the local sandbox to retrieve

  - `created_at` string, required: Timestamp when the sandbox was created
  - `status` 'idle' | 'occupied' | 'error': Status of a sandbox instance - matches database enum
  - `benchmark` string, nullable: Benchmark environment configuration for the local sandbox
  - `servers` LocalSandboxServerItem[], required: List of MCP servers in this sandbox
    - `server_name` string, nullable: Name of the MCP server
    - `id` string, required: Unique identifier for this specific server instance within the sandbox
    - `mcp_server_url` string, nullable: URL to connect to this specific MCP server instance
    - `status` 'idle' | 'occupied' | 'error': Status of a sandbox instance - matches database enum
    - `benchmark` string, nullable: Benchmark environment configuration
    - `updated_at` string, nullable: Last update timestamp
    - `metadata` object, nullable: Additional metadata for the sandbox
    - `auth_data` object, nullable: Authentication data for the sandbox
    - `tags` string[], nullable: Sandbox tags
