# Get deleted letters and its remaining days to be permanently deleted.

`GET /epost/v2/letters/deleted`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.klara.ch`
- URL: `https://api.klara.ch/epost/v2/letters/deleted`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-KEY`
  - HTTP bearer

## Query parameters

- `limit` integer
- `offset` integer
- `sender-participant-id` string

## Response `200`

Retrieve deleted letters successfully.

- Letter[]
  - `id` string: Id of the letter.
  - `letterTitle` string: This is the letter title.
  - `fileName` string: This is the name of the reference file of the letter.
  - `senderParticipantId` string: The participant id of the sender.
  - `senderUserId` string: The sender user id of the letter.
  - `senderCaseId` string: The sender case id of the letter.
  - `senderEndToEndId` string: The sender end to end id of the letter.
  - `documentTypes` string[]: Types of the letter's document.
  - `letterContentReference` string: This is the reference link that user can use to get to content of the letter.
  - `letterType` 'CLASSIC_LETTER' | 'SMART_LETTER' | 'SMART_LETTER_ANSWER' | 'SIMPLE_SHORT_MESSAGE' | 'INCAMAIL' | 'SECURESEND': The letter type.
  - `receivedDateTime` string: The date and time (yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ssZ) that the letter was received.
  - `documentMessage` string: The message content of the simple short message
  - `description` string: Free-text description shown alongside the letter in eArchive. Sourced from the description supplied at upload time.
  - `readStatus` 'READ' | 'UNREAD': The read status of the document.
  - `remainingDayToDelete` integer: The remaining days before permanently delete
  - `registeredStatus` string: The current registration status
  - `eLetterRegistered` boolean: Letter is registered or not
