      - `occupancy_rate` number, float, nullable, required — What is the occupancy rate for an associated capacity record.
      - `favorite` boolean — Whether the place is marked as a favorite by the user. Only shown if requested.
      - `organization_id` integer, required — The organization ID of the place
      - `organization` object, required — The organization of the place
